The idea of a dance as a celebratory, mystic ritual has always resonated with me. It's an odd social ritual where people exist together, but don't communicate verbally. Which is an odd sort of togetherness, I think. Sometimes, for whatever reason, dance becomes an almost out of body experience; a state of absolute focus where nothing exists but the music, lights and movement. It can last thirty seconds or it can last an hour. I've been searching for that feeling through various genres and various types of venues ever since I first experienced it at a very young age. This track hopefully captured some of that feeling.
